2009 Lexus GX470 frame replacement and suspension upgrade. This procedure would be the exact same on a 4Runner or FJ cruiser. Video was constructed with small clips recorded over the past few months.
Frame had to be replaced due to salt, corrosion and A/C drain dripping onto the frame rail.
Almost new condition frame was sourced out and painted. With the frame, all the suspension components were replaced. The vehicle did receive a 2.5-inch lift up front and 3 inch rear lift. With upgraded components, this will be a fun and luxurious off-road rig.
