Being a Mom is way harder than I thought, but practicing gratitude and mindfulness help me get over the hard days and enjoy motherhood more. In today's video, I will be showing you how you can show yourself kindness and compassion, and forgive yourself for all of the negative emotions you may be experiencing. We will then do a guided meditation following an easy exercise to practice gratitude, and turn negative emotions into positive ones. We can see the good in motherhood, even on the toughest days, thanks to these easy to follow steps.
