Homemade FROZEN Dog Treats Recipe! Summer Treats to Cool off Your Puppy!

Frozen Dog Treats Recipe

Ingredients

water
powdered beef stock for DOGS (not humans!) - link to product below!
raw beef chunks
baby carrots
fresh parsley
chopped strawberries
blackberries
blueberries
leftover treat crumbs (from the bottoms of treat bags)

Directions

1. Dissolve the beef stock in water, according to the directions on the packet.
2. Fill mini or a regular-sized bundt pan with your dog’s favorite foods. I used 2 mini bundt pans and did a savory and sweet version. For the savory version, I added raw beef chunks, baby carrots and fresh parsley. For the sweet version, I added strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. I also added pieces of dried chicken, which had broken off of treats. This is a great recipe to use up broken treat crumbs at the bottoms of treat bags!
3. Once all the fillings are in the pan(s), pour in the stock until the pans are almost full. Transfer them to the freezer and freeze until frozen solid (at least 24 hrs).
4. To unmold, dip the pan in hot water for a couple seconds, then turn out onto a plate or dish towel. Some melted stock might drip out, which is why the dish towels are handy.
5. Serve these to your dog outside on a hot day!
