We explored Svalbard by sailboat & a polar bear followed us to our boat. I am still grateful, we took great care of our nervous systems up north, with icebath and much more. In our morning routine, we integrated all the things that helped us regulate ourself, to stay in our comfort zones, even in an extreme environment such as the arctic.
