On the weather demand we present to you a good tikka recipe in oven which is one of the most delicious Indian appetizers that can be prepared at home. The flavours the tender and juicyness of the fish is fingerlicking good !! Try it out !
1.Rohu fish 1 kg
Wash and pat dry the fish pieces with kitchen tissues.Cut into medium size pieces.
1.Tikka Masala 2 tbs
2.Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1 tbs
3.Turmeric-1 tsp
4.garam masala
1tbs
5.Pepper powder-1/2tsp
6.Chat masala
7.Salt to taste
8.Lime juice-1 tbsp
9.Ginger garlic paste-2tbs
10.Green chilies-3-5
11. Coriander leaves
12.Olive Oil 4 tbs
Grill/Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 C for 20-25 minutes. Half way through brush with melted butter/oil and turn the pieces..garnish with lemon slices onion slices and coriander leaves..fish tikka is ready to eat👌🏼😋
