Petro Gronsky. Concentration of the Will at M17, Kyiv

Описание: This is the first and currently the only author's reflection on the events caused by russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. First and foremost, the work is a documentation of the artist's own perception of the grim reality of wartime, 'documented' by the author during 2022-2023, by means of creating several objects from concrete in his studio in the city of Kyiv.

"Amidst of the Storm is an attempt to capture the changing state of the present reality and a subconscious attempt to find the desired place of calm and contemplation amongst the anxieties and uncertainties, which is necessary for comprehending the new reality."

Це перша і на цей момент єдина художня рефлексія автора на події, спричинені повномасштабним вторгненням росії в Україну. Перш за все, робота є документацією художником власного сприйняття похмурої реальності воєнного часу, яку автор занотовує протягом 2022-2023 років, створюючи кілька об’єктів із бетону у своїй майстерні у Києві.

«Посеред бурі» – це спроба зафіксувати мінливий стан теперішньої дійсності і підсвідома спроба відшукати серед тривог і невизначеності бажане місце спокою і споглядання, необхідного для осмислення нової реальності».
