Pokemon Yellow (Legacy) is a Romhack of Pokemon Yellow done by TheSmithPlays. Chosen for a Gen 1 Nuzlocke Challenge. All this on HARD MODE.
The end game is in sight! It's time to begin the arduous journey to and through Victory Road!
Nuzlocke Rules:
Limited Encounter - Only the first Pokemon* caught on each Route can be caught.
Name - Every caught Pokemon must be nicknamed
Dying - If a Pokemon faints, they are "dead," and either must be boxed or released.
Optional Rules Invoked:
*Dupes Clause - No previous caught/registered Pokemon can be caught again.
*Forced Retreats DO NOT COUNT as a loss, but does set the Pokemon.
There are a number of QoL improvements in this hack:
HM's can be used in the overworld
HM's can be forgotten
Expanded Bag
Items have Descriptions
Items can be sorted
DV's can be seen
TM names are seen
TM's can be repurchased
Faster Poke Center Heals
Faster Saves
Etc.
