When setting up to the ball, having some knee flex, bending over at the waist, and rounding of our spine are all tools we can use to reach the ball. We want to have enough knee flex, hip bend, and spine rounding so that we can get our pressure / balance over the balls of our feet. To do this, we need to have a good stance width. If our feet are too narrow, we will have a tough time reaching the ball, and if they’re too wide, we’ll get low to the ground. After our stance width, posture, and balance points are set, we can determine how far we stand from the ball, based on the length of the club we are swinging. Our arms should hang naturally from our body, rather than reaching out or pulling them in
