Serving size - 4 people
Ingredients -
Raw rice - 2 cup (320 grams)
Moong Dhal - 1/2 cup (80 grams)
Jeera - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1 tbsp
Chopped Ginger - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 2 stems
Turmeric - 2 pinches
Milk - 2 cups (400 ml)
Ghee - 1 1/4 cup (200 grams)
Cashews - 1 handful
