Police in London have obtained CCTV footage after vehicles belonging to former Pakistani prime minister and PML-N president Nawaz Sharif were vandalised.

According to media reports published on October 15 and 16, 2026, two masked men were captured on CCTV damaging vehicles associated with Nawaz Sharif. The footage reportedly shows the suspects breaking vehicle mirrors and removing sections of glass.

A spokesperson for the Sharif family confirmed that the vehicles had been damaged. The incident was described as the third such occurrence involving Nawaz Sharif’s vehicles in London, although details of the earlier incidents have not been independently established.

The Metropolitan Police have obtained the CCTV footage as part of the investigation. However, the identities of the masked men and their motive remain unknown, and no confirmed arrests had been reported in the sources reviewed.

The incident has raised questions about the security of vehicles associated with the former prime minister during his stay in London. Investigators will need to establish who was involved and why the vehicles were targeted.

In this News Alert report, we examine what the CCTV footage reportedly shows, what is known about the incident, and what remains unanswered.
