This is my first day back after my CONCUSSION. I was out for 4 months because of that so it was a big day for me. This my real routine before, during, and after work. Get a glimpse into what I do for a living! Also you probably haven't worked a 12 hour shift before so come along and see what its like. I was definitely tired after this day. It did feel good to be back in the swing of things and not as scary as I thought. Check out my first video to see why.
