Because of concert cancelations for the foreseeable future due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, I've been in musical isolation for the past two weeks with many more on the horizon. On the bright side, this extended sabbatical from live performance has given me a chance to start some fun projects.
I wrote a basset horn trio arrangement of the Marriage of Figaro Overture over the weekend and recorded it on March 22. All parts are recorded in one take.
