1. Stop caring so much about your art, and start caring more about your heart.

It’s easy to build your identity around your craft, your calling, your talent, or the things God has given you to steward.
But those things were never meant to define you.
Our identity is not in what we do for God, but in what He has already done for us.
The cross is enough.
We don’t need success to feel complete, we don’t need recognition to feel valuable, and we don’t need to chase something to prove who we are.
Everything we have comes from Him, and if we hold onto those things too tightly, we can forget the One who gave them.

I needed to realise that I don't need to live a "great life", I don't need to do "great things", what I need to do is obey Him and steward what He has given me in whatever way that may be.


2. Surrender is not supposed to be easy, it’s a daily decision.

The narrow path is narrow for a reason.
Following God was never meant to be comfortable, and it was never meant to be convenient.
Real surrender means letting go of control again and again, even when your flesh wants the opposite.
Humility is not a one-time moment, it’s something we choose every day.
Sometimes the hardest part of the Christian life isn’t suffering, it’s trusting God when you don’t understand where He’s leading you.


3. You can’t truly be free if you don’t believe in your freedom.

The Bible says that who the Son sets free is free indeed, but many of us still live like we’re bound.
We go back to old identities, old fears, old habits, and old ways of thinking, even after God has already called us something new.
Freedom isn’t just something God gives once, it’s something we have to walk in daily by faith.
You either live from what God says about you, or you live from what you feel about yourself.


Just sharing honestly where I’m at right now.
Still learning, still being humbled, still being reminded that the cross is enough.
