Описание: I heard there was a brand new SECRET hot pot restaurant opening up in Manchester, so naturally, I went along to see what the hype was about. Spoiler alert: I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing.

Between the broth being way too spicy for my own good and having a literal fistfight with a crab, this was easily the most chaotic meal of my life. If you’re looking for a professional, sophisticated food review… you are in the very wrong place.
