This delicious cream of spinach soup is ultra rich and creamy, and is packed with vitamins and minerals. This simple soup recipe is very quick and easy to prepare with very few ingredients. Dinner will be ready in less than 20 minutes! I used clarified butter (Ghee) and whole wheat flour instead of butter and AP flour in this recipe. This nutritious spinach soup, with a touch of nutmeg and ground black pepper is very subtle in flavor and at the same time is very filling.
