The group was founded around the early 60's under the name The Black Fellows and performed well in the Ghent club circuit as a dance band. Home tune of the band was the TF-Club (the later Theater Arena) and manager was the Ghent police murderer Walter Hellbyck. After three years, the group name changed into New Inspiration under the influence of the new manager of the Jacques Verdonck group.
The success did not go out and the debut singing I Got a Feeling (1967) became a hit and one of the favorite albums of Radio Caroline. Also later recordings such as You Made a Fool of Me (1967), I See No Reason Why (1968), Mister Moody (1969) and Happy Charly Madman (1969) became relative hits with an average sales of approximately 35,000 pieces. The group was allowed to record in England and some songs appeared on The Beatles' prestigious Apple label. However, due to many staff swaps, the group is dismantling around 1970. Band members include Danny Sinclair, Daniel Prove and Gilbert Remue. Danny Sinclair decided to launch a solo project.
