How to Learn Hand Drill's... Floating Hands Technique

Описание: CHECK OUT MY 100s OF FIRE MAKING VIDEOS... It used to amaze me to see people Float the Hand Drill. It was obvious to me that it was a low energy method of creating most of the dust pile and most of the heat needed for ignition. Then I found a few people that could actually float all the way to the ember and even a few people on the planet that could create an ember by floating up the spindle.
I tried the simple looking technique and ran into a few problems. LOL!!! The first was coordination. To rock one hand forward and up while the other hand rocked back and down was difficult for me. I started off only being able to do a couple of simple floats before I lost the motion.
With a few more days of practice, I was able to get up to 40 no pressure no speed floats. My next problem became obvious. Endurance, LOL!I could only do 40 reps because my forearms would burn and then refused to make the motion yet one more time.
That's when I decided to build up my strength, coordination, and endurance by doing 100 floats a day until I learned the technique. I wasn't worried about going for an eber, speed, or downward pressure... I only wanted those 100 reps.
In the end, it only took a few days to build my endurance to a 100 reps and only a month overall to get my speed and downward pressure right before I started making embers with it.
