The Nation's Finest Trash Truck Driver Knockin' Out a Trash Route

Описание: One Wednesday, I decided to film the Westpark/North Lake area of the Irvine Wednesday route. I ended up only getting one clip of a 320 amrep (105530), and spent most of time biking around empty and full carts. Refuse Trucks of OC notified me that a nearby area still had full trash at around 3:30 in the afternoon, which isn't very common since normally Irvine drivers do one load of trash in the morning and one load of recycle in the afternoon. I quickly raced over to Sweet Shade Park, a neighborhood right near the WM yard. There, I found my trash driver (103693), finished and ready to dump. I then waited around 15 minutes or so and saw 105401 enter the area, with 34 year veteran Jesus Santos driving. Santos has been repeatedly praised in the news for his long time service with WM, while having an impeccable driving record and huge heart! It was fun to see him maneuver the streets with skill and precision, all while being quite gentle on the carts. With that being said, I hope you enjoy the video. Shoutout to Jesus for always letting me film and follow around his truck.
