The Shingo Prize honors organizations that achieve excellence through cultural transformation and principle-driven behavior. Unlike traditional assessments, it evaluates how deeply the Shingo Guiding Principles are embedded in daily operations. Brittany and Shaun outline the eligibility process and the results documentation, highlighting the importance of early conversations—some organizations begin planning two years in advance.
The Shingo Model is a proven framework for driving continuous improvement, whether or not you’re aiming for an award. For those ready to challenge, there are currently three levels of recognition: Bronze, Silver, and the Shingo Prize.
