The AAP pointed to a conspiracy against the people of Delhi and blamed the BJP governments in Haryana and at the Centre for the deluge, prompting a sharp rejoinder from the BJP. The ruling party at the Centre said that the AAP thinks everyone is indulging in a conspiracy while believing that the Chief Minister, "sitting in his sheesh mahal in the comfort of air-conditioners", is doing the right thing.
