Sexual harassment accused Eastern Cape Judge President Selby
Mbenenge’s legal team is set to rely on numerous experts to prove his
innocence.
Mbenenge stands accused by Makhanda High Court secretary in the
Eastern Cape Andiswa Mengo of using his position of power to make
unwanted sexual advances. Continuing his cross-examination of Mengo on
Wednesday, Mbenenge’s legal representative Adv. Muzi Sikhakhane
informed the complainant that experts on emojis and retrieving
information from cellphones would take the stand and refute parts of
Mengo’s testimony.
