1 tsp dhaniya powder
Salt to taste

Oil for roasting
For Sauce:
1 tbsp oil
Tomato-Onion purée (2:2)
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp ketchup
Coriander leaves for garnish
