I ruined too many minifigures by testing ways to pose them based on ideas from your comments!

First, I grabbed my hot glue gun for my favorite way to pose my minifigs! After the gun heats up, it’s super easy to pop the arms off, insert some glue into the minifigure arm holes, place the arms in the desired position, and let it dry! (probably Deadpool meme??)

And when it’s time to undo this HORRIBLE mistake, you simply pop the arms off, and pull out the glue in one piece! How easy is that??

Next, I went to Lowe’s to pick up some Sticky Tack, since I literally own none. To test this out, I grabbed a square of blue sticky tack, and started to shove it in the arm holes like this, but it got everywhere?? Ok, it looks like I can position the arms pretty well, and make some pretty interesting poses…

But to clean up the sticky tack, it left a blue residue all over?? NO THANKS!
