We aspire to develop a no limits approach to the learning and teaching of all pupils at Haileybury Almaty. We believe that academic development and progress is highly influenced by the capacity for hard work, willingness to learn and the three way partnership of pupils, parents and staff. The High Performance Learning approach develops specific capacities and attitudes that promote the best learning for a young person. As a school we promote a growth mindset for all our learners and seek to develop the best and most effective pedagogies to help our pupils make maximum progress. We will continually develop our teaching and learning approaches year on year as we train regularly as a staff and develop our approaches with feedback from our pupils and parents. We aim to achieve High Performance Learning World Class School status by the end of 2023 as the next stage of our learning journey as a school community.
