Preparation Time : 30 Minutes
Serving : 4 to 5 persons
Ingredeints :
2 tbsp chana dal
2 tbsp tuvar dal
2 tbsp urad dal
2 tbsp masoor dal
2 tbsp mung dal
3 medium sized potato
1 inch ginger
1 cup fine chopped spinach
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
4 medium sized onions
4 medium sized tomatoes
2 green chili
8 to 10 garlic cloves
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 & 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
2 tsp kashmiri chili powder
pinch of mustard/cumin seeds
pinch of hing powder
cinnamon stick, bay leaves
badiya star, long & red chili
2 tsp lemon juice
curry leaves
salt to taste
