In this video, I discuss my weight gain journey update for the month. Last month I discussed weight training and this month I am discussing food. I've always had struggles with consuming enough food to gain weight. I tried appetite stimulants like peritol and apetamin but got my best results after weight training. Once I started weight training, I was able to work up a larger appetite and I can now eat more calories. I focus on getting protein so that I get healthy gains as opposed to eating tons of fatty foods. Of course I get my carbs for energy and greens for healthy digestion.
