Welcome back to Str8yaad TV! Today were making something that my guest who are non-vegetarians enjoyed so I thought I would share the recipe with you! Vegetable Stew with Chickpeas! Quick & easy!
Ingredients
1/2 Cabbage
-1 can of chickpeas
1 can of coconut milk
1 head of broccoli
2 carrots
1 tomato
1 red onion
1 white onion
1 scotch bonnet pepper
thyme
1/2 yellow sweet pepper
3 scallions
2 irish potatoes
1 package of Okra (1 dozen)
2 garlic cloves
bunch of swiss chard (red leaf)
