Many in the gaming community believe it is the job of Xbox Gamers to "Hold Microsoft accountable" for missteps they make when it comes to publishing games. The recent perceived misstep came in the form of the admission that the upcoming Arkane Studios title "Red Fall" will launch at 30 Frames Per Second with a 60 Frames per second update coming later. We XBOX Fans understand and accept this undue burden of holding entities accountable for their missteps.

Accepting the burden of holding entities accountable, we are forced to "Keep that same energy". Under the directive of accountability politics in the gaming space, we must do the same for Jeff Grubb. Many people in the gaming community respect Jeff Grubb to a very high degree. Jeff Grubb has a vast resume in and around the gaming space that not many individuals will ever accomplish in their lifetimes. He has a powerful voice in the gaming media space and with great power comes great responsibility. Jeff Grubb recently made a minor misstep on his platform with a conversation that went much further than anyone could have anticipated. The words of Jeff Grubb in relation to Hi-Fi Rush's perceived success or failure became a big story in the gaming media landscape. So much so that Executives at Microsoft were forced to address the concerns of fans regarding Hi-Fi Rush's performance against internal metrics of success. Jeff Grubb has a great reputation in the Gaming community for a reason. When he speaks. people listen. People will take words and spin narratives that can cause real world brand and reputation damage. Which is why Microsoft Executives were forced to address the controversy which was birthed by false social media narratives. For his misstep which caused damage to the XBOX shield, us XBOX fans must take a moment to quote, "Hold Jeff Grubb Accountable".
Jeff Grubb. We respect your credentials and your contributions to gaming and gaming culture. However, you stepped in shit. Consider this your "Red Fall 30 Frames per second" moment. The conversations around all these perceived missteps will eventually go away, but until that day comes. Here is a dose of accountability. WE BLEED GREEN.
