For each of our two main characters we are going to determine:

Their motivation
Their goal
Their conflict
Their epiphany

And I have an epiphany of my own - that there is a third human character in the midst, pulling the strings and tampering with the simulation from the real world.

Writing a novel from SCRATCH

I'm planning a novel from beginning to end here on this channel, using different writing advice, tools and templates. So far, we have checked out planning approaches like Save the Cat and the 27 Chapter method, worldbuilding tools such as Fantasia Archive and The Fantasy Worldbuilder, and Characterisation frameworks such as backstory templates and personality tests, among many more.
