Last time on Dragon Ball Super VE King Vegeta and Vegeta continued their training alone in the hyperbolic time chamber, while Goku trained alone. Whis mentioned to him the possibility of reviving his father, Bardock, so that he could have a training partner too. And so Whis and Goku then travelled to find Bardock in the other world, where he remained sleeping. On experiencing a rude awakening at the hands of Goku, Bardock must now be convinced that Goku is his son in the only way a saiyan knows how - by fighting.
