You have probably heard golf commentators and golf teachers talk about using the ground to get more power in your golf swing. They talk about the golf swing starting from the ground up. After watching the golf swings of Justin Thomas, Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods in slow motion, I saw the way that they used the ground and had to develop an exercise/Movement Pattern to FEEL that ground up motion.

This video will help to identify the manner in which you can feel the ground while creating a turn that will add more power to your golf swing. Using the resistance of the PowerBand will also help to build strength in your rotation and swing.
