Have you ever needed a Furniture Family custom made to include in your building model in Revit? Perhaps as a Client Request? Or as a Custom Designed Architectural Furniture Piece? In this webinar, AEC Technical Specialist Brian Weeks, will show attendees how to create a non-parametric Chair, using Extrusions, Blends, Sweeps, Swept Blends and their Void counterparts. Lastly, Brian will review the basics of applying realistic materials to your model by creating a Material Parameter.
Course Learning Objectives:
o Review the basics of Forms: Extrusions, Blends, Sweeps, Swept Blends and their Void counterparts.
o Determine Reference planes for the Forms to create the furniture piece.
o Creating the Furniture Model using Forms.
o Creating a Material Parameter, creating a Material Asset and applying it to the model
