They triangulate.
They destabilize.
Then they watch what happens to you.

The chaos is not accidental. The emotional fires are not misunderstandings. Your distress gives them proof that they exist, that they matter, that they still have power. When they cannot generate light within themselves, they create it by igniting someone else.

That is why you felt drained.
That is why the relationship felt consuming instead of nourishing.
That is why peace was never allowed to last.

You were not too emotional.
You were reacting to someone who needed your pain to feel alive.

And the most dangerous part is this.
They will call your burning love.
They will call your suffering passion.
They will call your exhaustion commitment.
It was none of those things.

You were fuel.
And you are allowed to step away from the fire.
