Recept
POTREBNI SASTOJCI:
8 jaja
1/2kg psenicnog mekog brasna
300gr Semolina psenicnog brasna, Semolina Flour
Jedna kasika soli
vrlo malo vode
1 kasika maslinovog ulja
PRIPREMA:
Pomesati so i vodu.
Umutiti 8 jaja.
Prosejati psenicno brasno.
Dodati Semolina brasno.
Sipati vodu i so.
Dodati 1 kasiku maslinovog ulja.
Iseci testo na dva dela i spakovati u plasticnu kesu.
Ostaviti na sobnoj temperaturi sat vremena.
Svaku kuglu testa malo istanjiti oklagijom i podeliti na po 6 delova.
Prvo provlacenje testa kroz masinu polozaj No.1
Drugo provlacenje testa kroz masinu polozaj No. 2
Trece provlacenje testa kroz masinu polozaj No. 3
Testo provlaciti kroz masinu postupno povecavajuci polozaj.
Testo za Fettuccine tanjiti sa poslednjim polozajem masine No.6
Prelazimo na izradu FETTUCCINA:
Pobrasnite i testo i masinu.
Trake testa skratite na zeljenu duzinu.
Testo ubacujete u deo masine koji sece Fetuccinne.
Slazite ih na stolnjak ili pobrasnjenu dasku.
Ovako dobijena testenina je izvanredna.
Ja testeninu ne susim, vec je stavim u kutije i zamrznem.
Tako je odlicna i uvek kao sveza. Samo je ledenu stavite
u kipucu slanu vodu i dovoljno je da je kuvate od kada
provri samo 3-4min.
Prijatno i uzivajte u svojim omiljenim sosevima sa ovom

Recipe
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
8 eggs
1/2 kg of soft wheat flour
300gr Semolina wheat flour
(Semolina Flour)
1Tbsp of salt
very little water
1Tbsp of olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
Mix salt and water.
Beat 8 eggs.
Sift wheat flour.
Add Semolina Flour.
Pour water and salt.
Add 1Tbsp of olive oil.
Cut the dough into two parts and pack in a plastic bag.
Leave at room temperature for an hour.
Thin each ball of dough a little with a rolling pin and divide into 6 parts.
First passing the dough through the machine position No.1
The second passing of the dough through the machine position No. 2
The third passing of the dough through the machine, position No. 3
Push the dough through the machine, gradually increasing the position.
Thin the dough for Fettuccine with the last position of the machine No.6
We are moving on to make FETTUCCINE:
Flour both the dough and the machine.
