Ingredients:
-Chicken
-garlic paste (1 tbsp)
-Salt (1 tbsp)
-Black pepper (1 tbsp)
-Red chilli powder (1 tbsp)
-Tikka Masala (1 tbsp)
-Capsicum ( cube shaped )
-Onion ( cube shaped )
-Soya sauce ( 1 tbsp )
-Vinegar Sauce ( 1 tbsp )
-ketchup ( 3 tbsp )
-Fresh Cream ( 3-4 tbsp )
-Mozzarella Cheese
Direction:
Add Chicken in pan and cook until get white , then add garlic paste and cook for 3-4min then add spices ( black pepper, Salt, Red chilli powder, and Tikka Masala ) then cook for 5min until chicken get tender then add Soya,Vinegar Sauce & ketchup and cook for more 5min then add Fresh cream 3-4 tbsp and cook untill get thick then add Cheese cover for 5mint with low medium flame.
After 5mint when cheese melt Your chicken filling is Ready!
For Assembling:
-took Shawarma Bread
-Add mozzarella cheese
-Add Chicken filling
-Again Add Mozzarella Cheese
-Add Shawarma Bread
-toast both side in grill pan
-Panini Sandwich is Ready
-Serve with ketchup & Sauce !
