Cut your laminate nosing tight against the walls. Glue the cardboard spacer/shim down. Glue the laminate nosing down. Using a finish nail gun, shoot at least 3 nails to hold in place.
Do not use or step on stairs/steps until the adhesive glue has cured/dry. Refer to the adhesive instructions.
