In this keynote Anushka Sharma, Founder of Naaut explores how structural change, innovation, and community can drive inclusion in space careers. Drawing on my work with the Space Academic Network (SPAN), Naaut, and the London Space Network (LSN), this talk shares why inclusion isn’t a “nice-to-have” — it’s a core capability for growth, resilience, and innovation in the space sector.
It’s a talk about re-imagining the systems that sit behind progress — and recognising that sustainable space futures will depend not only on engineering brilliance, but also on the social architectures we build together.
