Originally located in the outermost bay at Magic Wash in Middleton, WI, this unit came off of an UltraSonic 2001 Rollover in 2016 when it was replaced with a SoftGloss MAXX. Since then, it had been sitting outside until February 2023 when I noticed it. I contacted the wash owner and asked if I could have it, and to my surprise, they agreed.
Refurbishment Process:
Completely Disassemble the CMD Unit. (This was the longest step of them all.)
Replace Floodlight bulbs
Clean exterior frame
Put a new coat of silver paint on the exterior frame
Buy a new custom-cut sheet of red acrylic for the screen front
