🛒 INGREDIENTS
Main:
•1 small pumpkin (about 2–2.5 lb / 900–1100 g), cut into chunks
•1 thick cabbage steak (from green or white cabbage, 1–1.5 inch thick)
•3½ tbsp (50 g) unsalted butter
•Salt and black pepper, to taste
•Seasonings of your choice (paprika, garlic powder, dried herbs)
Toppings:
• 3½ oz (100 g) prosciutto, thinly sliced
• 1¾ oz (50 g) ham, chopped or sliced
• 3½ oz (100 g) hard cheese, grated (Parmesan, Gouda, or similar)
• Fresh parsley or dill, finely chopped
Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
• 1–2 tbsp capers, finely chopped
• Fresh parsley, finely chopped
• Salt, to taste
🔥 COOKING METHOD:
Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C)
Place pumpkin chunks in a baking dish, add butter, salt, pepper, and seasonings
Place cabbage steak on top
Bake for 20 minutes until tender and golden
Add prosciutto, ham, and cheese if desired, then serve with garlic yogurt sauce
