The in-between days after Christmas, a quieter New Year spent looking after Arthur, planning for 2026, and enjoying some unexpectedly beautiful winter moments at the coast.

The 30th is a big, honest part of the vlog, Arthur at the vets for a dental. I talk openly about the anxiety I feel while waiting to hear he’s ok after the anaesthetic (the only thing in life that really makes me worry), keeping busy by taking the Christmas decorations down and cleaning…before ending the day with him home safe and sound 🤍

New Year’s Eve is very chilled, a cold walk along North Shields beach, staying close to home while Arthur recovers, finding the driftwood huts people had built, and a quiet night in cooking steak.
New Year’s Day starts with watching the sea dip, followed by a reset at home, going through my planners and sharing how I stay organised heading into 2026.

The week ends with Pilates and the most beautiful snowy day in Tynemouth, shaing some scenes of Northumberland Park to close out the vlog ❄️
