Did have to scale to 60 lb dumbbells because that’s the heaviest I have. Based on feel I think I would have had to break the last round and probably round 3 if I had the rx weight but overall happy with the effort. Knew the box jump overs would feel the same the whole time so I wanted to invest my effort and pain into pushing the bike. Give this one a go!
