Serco appreciates its employees, especially those who go above and beyond in their jobs. Our Pulse Awards, held yearly in February, honours these exceptional people. Every month, we plan to showcase some of the achievements of our 2019 Serco Middle East Pulse Award winners.
This month, we're highlighting Jinna Magbitang who won an award in the Care category for leading the well-being campaign for our Citizen Services, Healthcare and Defence contracts in the UAE. Her personal ethics of caring are completely in line with Serco's values. We appreciate her efforts to help people, and during the current global crisis, this value is especially treasured!
