Описание: The brutal attack on 8 women at an abandoned Krugersdorp mine on Friday has highlighted the dire situation mining communities face.

The General Industries Workers' Union of South Africa has condemned the attack and points the finger at the mining industry and the governing ANC.

GIWUSA president, Mametlwe Sebei elaborates.
