The end has come. The Evanuris force an eclipse, accelerating their ritual to tear apart the Veil. With time cut short, the Veilguard storms Tearstone Island, dividing our forces to confront Antaam, darkspawn, and gods alike.

Ghilan’nain falls, but only through the sacrifice of Scout Lace Harding, the heart of the Inquisition, who gives her life to secure our victory. Yet triumph is fleeting—Solas, the Dread Wolf, escapes his prison, leaving Rook (our player character) behind as his replacement. Varric’s presence, we learn, was an echo of guilt and blood magic all along.

The last god standing, Elgar’nan, seizes Minrathous with his red lyrium ritual knife, aiming to shatter the Veil and unleash the Blight’s ancient Titans upon Thedas. In a finale worthy of a suicide mission, the strength of our allies and the trust of our companions decide the outcome.

Elgar’nan is defeated, but the Veil fractures. Only by uniting Solas’s will, the Inquisitor’s guidance, and the fragments of Mythal do we preserve Thedas—Solas binding himself to the Veil once more. The world endures… for now.

(And yes, I missed one damn circle artifact, so no secret ending tease for me. Ancient elven puppet-masters will just have to wait.)
