Tutorial installation of Trail Tech stator and regulator/rectifier on a KTM 300XCW 2010 motorcycle.
After installation, the electrical system will produce 100W of DC power available for lights or other accessories.
Includes instructions for two optional modifications:
Side Case Guard Mod: Removes lower half of side case guard. Helps reduce debris build up and allows easier removal of side case and E-start motor. This mod is not required for proper stator operation.
Oil Cooling Mod: Outlines how to add oil to a 2 stroke side case. Adding oil will help cooling performance during extreme or extended rides. This mod is not required for proper stator operation.
