I will be using a epic police car that has the ability to use the harpoon to catch criminals who are escaping in high speed supercars. With this harpoon ability once I have some one grappled no one is able to escape. The criminals where very angry about this and started to cry to try and escape. Will the unstoppable harpoon cop car be defeated?
