Ingredients
FOR THE FILLING
2 large baking apples (sliced bite size)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
1 tbsp melted butter

FOR THE CRUMBS
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp old fashioned oats
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of salt
1 1/2 tbsp cold butter (cubed)

instructions
into a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the filling then set aside
in a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients for the streusel / crumbs/ toppings and give it a good mix
divide the filling between 3 ramekins
sprinkle the crumbs over the top of each ramekins
cook it over air fry setting @360 degrees F for 18-20 minutes
SERVE HOT AND ENJOY WITH A GOOD SCOOP OF VANILLA ICE CREAM

COVER THE RAMEKINS FOR THE FIRST FIVE MINUTES OF COOKING TO PREVENT CRUMBS FROM FLYING INSIDE THE FRYER.
