I want to present a two-part video, this is about a downer camel that we have been visiting for a number of days. This is an experience that we can all learn from when it comes to the treatment of this kind of cases.
Medicines used:
Ringer Lactate 500ml
Multivitamins both IM and IV used alternately
Calcium and Phosphorus IV
Animal feeds and Hays
Patience and time is key here, when left alone with the farmers the animal would be neglected due to their work load so assistance from a professional is always advisable.
