This BMS file has a #RANDOM command with 6 different #IF statements.
A #RANDOM command is like a dice toss, however the dice has as many sides as you define yourself. The game sees this command, generates a random number based on the value specified in the #RANDOM command (where in this case, it is 6).
Any of these numbers correspond to an #IF statement. Say if you have #RANDOM 10, the game will pick a random number from 1 to 10. If it picks, say 7, then the statements following #IF 7 will thread into action.
Every #IF statement in this chart changes the BPM of the song at 1:30 and one of the possible outcomes is a negative BPM, which is the outcome displayed in this video. However, if the last BPM in a song is negative, LR2 will never leave the gameplay screen unless you exit yourself.
The #IF statements in this BMS may yield these results:
#IF 1: change BPM to 9888
#IF 2: change BPM to 3390
#IF 3: change BPM to -45
#IF 4: change BPM to 6666
#IF 5: change BPM to 65535
#IF 6: change BPM to 908
