I hope you all had a lovely Christmas/December 25th! I spent it cooking and cleaning - had a few recipe fails but also a few that worked out quite lovely. I tried not to put too much pressure on myself(usually I get fixated on how much I eat/have eaten) as it’s normal for one’s weight to fluctuate at this time of year. Christmas food is to be enjoyed.

Anyway anyway back to this video! Not to toot my own horn but I think this video is fab, it was completely improvised, I didn’t even really have a plan going into it. I am so happy with the result! What a lovely way to end the year! Wishing you all a happy new year and may you find your bliss 💖
